HHCLA's training programs are developed with subject matter experts from the Los Angeles homeless services communities. An Advisory Team of these experts meets to review curriculum and training policies and practices.

Registration Fees, Refund, & Cancellation Policy

Registration fees must be paid by the start date of the training or the space in the class may be filled by someone on the wait list. No registration fees will be refunded after the training begins. Agencies may be able to substitute participants in the Homeless Services Case Manager Training prior to the day of Module 2 with the approval of the lead instructor.

If a participant leaves the agency any time before the day Module 2 starts, agencies may be able to substitute with the approval of the lead instructor if notice of intent to substitute is given before the day of Module 2. The day that Module 2 starts, agencies cannot substitute the former employee and the former employee can no longer attend the training.

HHCLA reserves the right to cancel any training program with fewer than 15 participants. If HHCLA cancels the training, participants will receive a full refund.
