HHCLA's training programs are developed with subject matter experts from the Los Angeles homeless services communities. An Advisory Team of these experts meets to review curriculum and training policies and practices.

Registration Fees, Refund, & Cancellation Policy

Registration fees must be paid by the start date of the training or the space in the class may be filled by someone on the wait list. No registration fees will be refunded after the training begins. Agencies may be able to substitute participants in the Homeless Services Case Manager Training prior to Module 2 with the approval of the lead instructor. 

HHCLA reserves the right to cancel any training program with fewer than 15 participants. If HHCLA cancels the training, participants will receive a full refund.

Continuing Education Credits (CEUs)

Continuing Education Credits (CEUs) are available upon request for all of our training topics.
