Leading People/Managing Work

Leading a homeless services case management department is demanding, and balancing the needs of staff and clients with the workload requires a great number of technical skills and knowledge, as well as strong management abilities.  This six-module training was designed for homeless services supervisors, managers, and directors.  It builds skills in organizational leadership and communications, along with a focus on supervising teams, balancing work and priorities, measuring results, performance management, coaching, and leading change.
