The evaluation of our "Executive Summit on Homele= ss Healthcare Service Delivery Models" held November 5 - 6, 2007, i= ndicated that many of the participants in the conference would like to stay involved with collaborative efforts in their communities.  To facilitate this, UHHP is offering three avenues:

  • Assistance in developing or expanding SPA or other regional collaboratives (see article on interim staff below);
  • Invitations to participate in UHHP general meetings, training workshops, and committees (see meeting schedules and committee descriptions)
  • Inclusion in a directory of homeless healthcare providers and advocates.  Look for an email in th= e next few weeks verifying your contact information and willingness to = be included in this directory

General Meeting Schedule

General membership meetings are held quarterly, with committee meetings held each month on the other two months of the quarter.  The meeting day is generally the third Thursday of the month.  See the chart, below, for the schedule through June.
