Project 50 and the LevyCenter (integrated service delivery
models) and recuperative/respite care (Whiitier First Day
community-based model)
- Meet the people and learn about the succe=

and plans of homeless networks and coalitions throughout the
County
- Explore ways to implement various approac=
hes
within your own community
- Participants will choose the topics to be
explored through discussion groups. These might includ=
